• How do I prepare for a session?

  Basically get ready for the greatest power nap of your life!

  Sessions are simple, but we have a few tips to help you optimize your energy enhancement:

  1. Dress comfortably with layers. While the room is always temperature-controlled, as the body enters the relaxation part of the nervous system, blood moves from the periphery into our internal organs.
  2. Be sure you’re not hungry, but don’t eat a giant meal before your session. The rest/repair part of our nervous system also controls digestion.
  3. To optimize your energy enhancement effects, it’s good to be comfortably full, but not expending energy on digestion.
  4. Come with an open heart and mind, ready to unplug, relax, and support your body’s natural healing ability.
• What can I expect in a session?

  Sessions are booked on the hour for 2 hours in a semi-private room with gravity chairs, where you can recline and relax.

  While there may be other individuals in the system with you (up to 23 at one time), we encourage you to take the time to go inward and relax. Dim lights (outside of the machines) and ambient music will set the tone to fully surrender and let go. You are welcome to use a provided eye pillow and noise canceling ear plugs to help you journey inwards and relax, or bring your own. That said, snoring will sometimes happen when someone reaches that theta state. We invite you to bring any other headphones or items from home that will allow you to rest peacefully while still in a group session

• How often should I EE for optimal results?

  EESystem sessions are booked on the hour for 2 hours. While 2 hours is an excellent opportunity to relax and enter that theta state, 2+ sessions are recommended to receive the optimal healing effects provided by the system. As Dr. Sandra Rose Michael says, “More is mo-better!” You cannot spend too much time in an EMF free zone, and benefits are cumulative, so the more you come, the better you will feel!

• Are there any side effects?

  The effects of sitting in the scalar energy are cumulative. The more you sit in it, the more the body moves towards a healthy level. The deeper you relax, the more profound the results. The response has been growing as individuals make the time to come in and experience this technology. Some clients sit in the Matrix Room and immediately feel better. They report pain reduction, increased energy, and better sleep. Others have experienced signs and symptoms of a “healing crisis.” While this can be unsettling for some, it’s a good indication that the body is moving towards detoxification and eventual regeneration. Throughout our lives, toxins build up in our systems through exposure to air, water and food pollution, food additives, medications, stress, hormones and even through normal daily activity. Beyond that, stagnant emotions can lead to dis-EASE in the physical body. The EESystem provides serious detoxification, which in turn will release stored toxins from deep within our physical and emotional bodies. As we cleanse, it is typical to feel a resurgence of symptoms related to whatever we are releasing. However, it is important to remember that as uncomfortable as it may be, this is the body’s way of self healing. Eventually, your sessions become only relaxing and meditative. And, many come in and find it peaceful and extremely relaxing the first time they experience it.

• How can I expect to feel during the treatment?

  People have commented that they are surprised how their brain shuts off and clears and how deeply relaxed they feel within minutes. Some individuals report feeling a subtle tingly sensation immediately upon entering the room. Afterward, many people report immediately feeling energized, improved sleep and simply feeling “good” and ready to conquer their week.
